摘要 目前,高校同行评教存在同行评教的参与度不够,综合评价过高、同行评教的指标体系不完善、对同行评教的认识程度不够等问题。针对问题结合我校的实际情况,从加强宣传,提高对同行评教的认识、细化同行评教指标体系,完善我校同行评教方案、遴选优质课程,利用校直播互动教室,试行网上同行评价、深化同行评教结果分析,找出问题症结所在,加强整改闭环建设等方面,探讨了我校同行评教建设情况,旨在为提高高校教学质量添砖加瓦。 Currently, there are issues such as poor participation, excessive comprehensive evaluation, imperfect indicator systems, insufficient knowledge, etc. on peer review in colleges and universities. In the light of these issues and the consideration of the practical situations of East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), the paper discusses the peer review of ECUST from the aspects of strengthening publicity, increasing people's awareness, detailing its indicator systems, perfecting the review scheme of ECUST, selecting high-quality courses, trying Interact peer review by live-broadcasting classrooms, deeply analyzing the results of reviewing, finding out the problems, rectifying the closed-loop construction, etc. in an aim to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.
