摘要
根据《国际教育标准分类法(2011)》,应用型高等教育应被定义为一种本科层次的专业性技术型人才培养活动,从属于职业教育体系。据此理解,新中国应用型高等教育的发展历史实际上应该开始于建国后的十七年里。其间,经过改造后的高校教育体制近似于高等职业教育体系,表现为:高级建设人才的培养层次分为专科和本科,本科专门学院和多科性的工业大学培养通晓基本理论且具有实际运用能力的专门人才;专门学院一般按照行业或部门设置专业,并在分布上与工业基地相结合;专门学院和工业大学采取实践性的培养方式;上世纪50年代末出现了产学研结合的教育思想与实践。应用型高等教育在这一时期的发展历史为今天留下了一些重要的启迪。
According to the International Standard of Classification of Education (2011), applied higher education should be defined as a professionally technical training activity on bachelor degree, subordinate to vocational education. Therefore, the start of PRC's applied higher education should actually be traced to the first seventeen years from the PRC's founding. College diploma and bachelor degree are offered. Regular colleges and multidisciplinary polytechnical universities impart basic knowledge and practical skills. Regular colleges and polytechnical universities' practical methods are different. In the late 1950s, educational thought and the practice of combining production, teaching and research come into being. The development of applied higher education during that time has important inspirations for today.
