摘要 液相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法测定食品包装材料中壬基酚。采用C18反相柱分离,负离子模式,质谱定量检测,样品以正己烷与丙酮(1∶1)为提取溶剂,经自动索式抽提、浓缩和过滤后用液相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱仪测定,外标法定量,壬基酚峰形好,可以准确定量,样品加标回收率为95.83%,相对标准偏差为1.5%,相关系数为0.999 8,检出限为0.004μg/g。对比气相色谱-质谱法和液相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法,对色谱柱、液相色谱运行参数、提取方式条件进行优化,该方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,可实现食品包装材料中壬基酚测定。 The test of nonylphenol in food packaging materials by Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/QQQ). With the separation by C-s inverting column, negative ion mode and mass spectrometry, the samples were extracted with n-hexane and acetone (1 : 1 ). After automatic line extraction, concentration and filtration, using LC/QQQ to test, external standard method of quantitative, the results show that the nonylphenol peak is good. It can be accurately quantified, the recovery rate of the sample is 95.83%, the relative standard deviation is 1.5%, the correlation coefficient is 0. 999 8, and the detection limit is 0. 004 μg/g. By comparing gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and LC/QQQ, the parameters of chromatographic column, liquid chromatography and extraction method were optimized. The test method is simple, accurate, sensitive and stable. The analysis of nonylphenol can be used in food packaging materials.
