摘要
实战化训练是提高部队战队力水平的基本手段,是夺取和赢得战争胜利的决定性因素之一。从近几年边防部队实战训练工作实践看,指导思想明确,力度逐年加大,训练条件得到改善,质量明显提升,训练实战化水平不断提高,对推动部队全面建设和保障重大任务的圆满完成发挥了重要作用。在改革强军背景下和国内外安全面临的新形势下,如何坚持以任务为牵引,深化推进部队实战化训练,提高部队遂行多样化任务能力,建设一支能打仗打胜仗的边防部队,是我们训练部门必须要思考和解决的一个重大课题。
Practical training is the basic means to improve the level of combat troops, which is the decisive factor of winning the war. From the practice of actual combat training in recent years, the guiding ideology is clear, the intensity has been increasing year by year, the training conditions have been improved, the quality has been improved obviously, the level of actual combat training has been continuously improved, and the comprehensive construction of the troops and the important task of guaranteeing an important role. How to adhere to the task as a traction, deepen the army to combat the actual combat training, improve the troops to carry out a variety of tasks, to build a battle to win the battle of the border forces to improve the strength of the armed forces, is a major issue should be considered by training depart ment.
