固体电解质La_2Mo_(2-x)Al_xO_(9-δ)的制备及性能 被引量:5

Preparation and performance of solid electrolyte La_2Mo_(2-x)Al_xO_(9-δ)

摘要 采用固相法制备电解质材料La_2Mo_(2-x)Al_xO_(9-δ)(x=0、0.2、0.4和0.6),通过SEM、XRD、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法对样品进行分析。制备的电解质样品均已抑制了相变;在950℃烧结,能得到孔隙率低于5%的陶瓷烧结体;随着铝掺杂量x的增加,氧离子电导率σ呈现逐渐变小的趋势;当温度为800℃、x=0.2时,σ为22.47 mS/cm,活化能Ea为1.053 eV。 La2Mo2-xAlxO9-δ( x = 0,0. 2,0.4 and 0. 6) was synthesized by solid-state method. The samples were analyzed by SEM, XRD and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The phase transformation of electrolyte samples was inhibited. The ceramic of porosity lower than 5% was gotten after sintering at 950 ℃ ; with the increasing of aluminum doping amount x, oxygen ion conductivity σ gradually decreased ; when the temperature was 800 ℃ ,x = 0. 2, the σ was 22. 47 mS/cm, the activation energy Ea was 1. 053 eV.
