水电工程生态流量实时监测技术发展的思考 被引量:10

摘要 水电工程造成的水文情势变化是影响河流生态环境的直接原因,需要合理确定所需生态流量并有效管控,建设生态流量实时监测系统是实现生态流量监控的重要措施。通过对国内目前已建水电工程生态流量实时监测系统的技术总结,识别生态流量实时监测目前存在的主要问题,从技术角度提出了未来生态流量实时监测技术的发展方向,为后续水电工程环境影响评价、环境保护设计、运行管理提供参考。 The hydrological regime change caused by hydropower projects directly affects the river's eco-environment. Therefore, the required ecological flow should be appropriately determined and effectively supervised, and it is an important measure to realize supervisory control by establishing a real-time monitoring system on ecological flow. Through technical summary of real-time monitoring system on ecological flow applied in existed domestic hydropower projects, as well as the analysis of main problems at present, this paper proposed the future development orientation of real-time monitoring technology for ecological flow, which provided a reference on environmental impact assessment, environmental protection design, and operation management for subsequent hydropower projects.
