摘要
目的:研究从枇杷叶中提取熊果酸和齐墩果酸的工艺。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定熊果酸和齐墩果酸的浓度,以熊果酸和齐墩果酸浓度之和为指标,通过对提取方法、提取溶剂的浓度进行单因素考察以及L_9(3~4)正交法对提取条件进行优选。结果:枇杷叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的最佳提取工艺采用回流提取法、80%乙醇、液料比12:1、提取2次、每次1h。结论:该工艺操作简单、易行,可提取得到较高浓度的熊果酸和齐墩果酸。
Objective:To study the extraction process ofursolic acid and oleanolic acidin loquat leaves.Methods:The concentration ofursolic acid and oleanolic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Using the total concentration of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid as the reference,the single factor(i.e.,extraction methods and concentrations of extraction solvent)experiment and Lg(34)orthogonal test were carried out to optimize the extraction conditions.Results:The optimized extraction conditions of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid inthe loquat leaves were as follows:refluxex traction, 80% ethanol,liquid/loquat leave ratio12:1,extracting 2 imes with 1 h for each time.Conclusion: The facile optimized extraction conditions can be used to obtain high concentrations of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in loquat leaves.
