摘要
为了岩性密度测井仪探头的出厂检测及测井现场的仪器检修研制岩性密度测井仪探头测试系统。测试系统先对核脉冲信号进行放大,通过A/D转换对核脉冲信号采集,通过数据处理得到岩性密度测井仪5个目标窗口的数据。系统使用了FPGA技术代替了原有电路中所有数字电路,体积小,重量轻,成本低,携带方便。系统分别在常温和高温环境中进行了试验,效果良好。该系统可以准确检测岩性密度测井仪探头工作状态的好坏;方便应用于岩性密度测井仪的出厂检测及现场维修。
The lithology density logging instrument probe testing system is used to complete the inspection of the lithology density logging instrument probe and the instrument maintenance in the logging field. Firstly, the nuclear pulse signal is amplified by the system, and then the nuclear pulse signal is collected by the AD transform. Finally, the data of the target window of the density logging instrument is obtained by the data processing. The system uses the FPGA technology instead of the original circuit of all digital circuits. It is small size, light weight, low cost and easy to carry. The system in normal and high temperature environment is tested. The tested effect is good, so the system can accurately detect the litho density logging instrument probe and tell you its working condition is good or bad, it can be conveniently used in litho density logging tool factory testing and on-site maintenance.
