超声在双胎妊娠中胎儿发育异常的诊断价值探讨

摘要 目的探讨超声在双胎妊娠中胎儿发育异常的诊断价值。方法选择来我院诊断的560例双胎妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,对患者均采用超声检查。结果经过超声诊断检查,上述孕妇中存在胎儿发育异常的有27例。其中,双胎输血综合征为5例,胎儿发育宫内受限为9例,双胎之一宫内死亡为3例,胎儿发育不均衡为10例。胎儿发育异常诊断中MCAPI2明显下降,UAPI1明显上升,MCAPI1与MCAPI2、UAPI1与UAPI2比值明显上升,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论超声在双胎妊娠中对于胎儿发育异常的诊断具有较高的诊断价值,值得在诊断中大力推广和应用。
