摘要
根据动力集中动车组要求,研制了一种可适用于"高速铁路网"与"普速铁路网"的轻量化动力集中动车组动力转向架,阐述了该转向架主要技术及结构特点:转向架采用B0轴式、驱动装置采用主动齿轮空心轴+挠性板联轴器弹性机构驱动,牵引电机架悬,1 050 mm车轮轮装盘式基础制动,轮缘油气润滑,转向架具有较小的轴距和质量。通过试验验证该转向架具有较好的可靠性和动力学性能。
According to the requirements of power concentrated EMUs,a lightweight motor bogie suiting "high-speed railway network" and "general speed railway network" was developed.The main technical and structural characteristics of the bogie was expounded as following:the bogie used B_0 axis,the driving device adopt a driving gear + flexible hollow shaft in the coupling of elastic mechanism drive,traction motors were frame suspension,1 050 mm wheel mounted disc base brake device,rim was lubricated by oil and gas,and the bogie had a smaller wheelbase and less quality.The test results showed that the bogie had good reliability and dynamic performance.
