摘要
基层医生通过进修可以快速提高临床诊疗能力。教学医院有责任与义务提高进修医生的教学质量。首都医科大学宣武医院麻醉科通过两级岗前培训、多层面多方式专业理论授课及操作技能培训、建立导师制及个体化教学有效提高了进修医生的教学质量,促进我国临床麻醉事业的发展。
Primary care doctors can rapidly develop their therapeutic ability by postgraduate education. Teaching hospital has the responsibility to improve the educational quality of refresher doctors. The department of anesthesiology of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University effectively improve the teaching quality of refresher anesthesiologists and promote clinical anesthesia development by two levels of pre-working training, multifaceted professional theory and skill teaching, applying tutorial system and individualized teaching.
