摘要
目的观察研究正骨手法联合中药熏洗方对陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法在2016年6月—2017年6月期间,选择我科就诊的陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者64例,将其随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例,对照组给予中药熏洗方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予正骨手法联合治疗,4周为一个疗程。结果经过2周治疗,对两组患者进行Baird-Jackson踝关节量表评分,对照组总有效率为68.8%,观察总有效率为90.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正骨手法联合熏洗方治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of bone orthopedics manipulation combined with fumigation in the treatment of old sprain of ankle joint. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,64 cases of old ankle sprain patients were randomly divided into the observation group of 32 cases and control group of 32 cases. The control group was given Chinese medicine fumigation. The observation group was given manipulation therapy on the basis of the control group. Four weeks was a course of treatment. Results After two weeks of treatment,Baird-Jackson ankle score of the two groups was carried out. The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 68. 8% and 90. 6% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The bone orthopedics manipulation combined with fumigation in the treatment of old sprain of ankle joint has significantly curative effect,and is worthy of promotion.
