摘要
目的探讨剖腹产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产程的中医护理效果。方法选取我院于2015年1月—2017年1月收治的104例剖腹产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇,随机将其分为两组,即对照组(57例)和研究组(57例),两组产妇均给予常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上给予中医护理措施,对比两组产妇分娩方式、产后平均出血量、感染率以及护理满意度。结果对照组产妇的阴道分娩率为82.46%,产后平均出血量为(360.24±97.36)m L,感染率为14.04%,研究组产妇的阴道分娩率为96.49%,产后平均出血量为(167.58±50.12)m L,感染率为1.75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组产妇的护理满意度为85.96%,研究组为98.25%,研究组明显较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖腹产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇产程中实施中医护理有助于提高阴道分娩率,减少产后出血,降低术后感染,临床价值值得肯定。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on vaginal delivery labor after cesarean section.Methods 104 cases of pregnancy were randomly divided into two control group（ n = 57） and study group（ n = 57）. The two groups were given routine nursing measures. The study group was also given the traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures. The maternal delivery mode,the average postpartum hemorrhage,infection rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate of the control group was 82. 46 %,the average postpartum hemorrhage the control group was（ 360. 24 ± 97. 36） ml,and the infection rate of the control group was 14. 04 %. The vaginal delivery rate of the study group was 96. 49%,the average postpartum hemorrhage of the study group was（ 167. 58 ± 50. 12） ml,the infection rate of the study group was 1. 75 %,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the study group was 85. 96% and 98. 25 % respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the vaginal delivery after cesarean section is helpful to improve the vaginal delivery rate,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and postoperative infection,and the clinical value is worth affirming.
