基于PSR模型的南方丘陵区土地整治可持续性评价——以武冈市为例 被引量:4

摘要 土地整治可持续性对维持社会经济的可持续发展具有重要意义,而目前针对南方丘陵区的土地整治可持续性研究相对较少。根据南方丘陵区土地整治区域特征,引入PSR模型,从土地整治社会福利、生态安全和资源经济三个层面出发构建可持续性评价指标体系,并以武冈市的土地整治项目区为样区,实现对该项目区的土地整治可持续性评价。结果显示:项目区土地整治社会福利、生态安全和资源经济三个层面的可持续性得分分别为0.815、0.732、0.753,可持续性评价综合得分为0.768。表明该项目区的土地整治工作具有中度可持续发展能力,在今后的土地整治工作中,应更加注重生态环境的改善,并在项目完成后加快相应规划的实施以确保土地整治项目所带来的成果得到充分利用。 Sustainable land consolidation has important significance in sustaining sustainable development of social economy which is still researched insufficiently in billy region of south China, however. According to the regional characteristics of land consolidation in hilly region of south China, PSR model is selected to construct a sustainable evaluation index system from social welfare, ecological security and resource economy of land consolidation which is applied to the land consolidation in project area of Wugang city as a case study. The results show that, the sustainability score of social welfare, ecological security and resource economy in the project area is 0.520, 0.732 and 0.746, respectively. And the comprehensive score of sustainability assessment is 0.766 which indicate that the work of land consolidation in such area has moderate capability in sustainable development. In the future, land consolidation work should pay more attention to improve the ecological environment as well as accelerate the implementation of relevant planning after the project to ensure that the achievements of land consolidation projects bring could be fully displayed.
