摘要 基于计算流体力学(CFD)应用软件FLUENT,采用欧拉(Eulerian)多相流模型,通过对140t/h干熄炉内红焦和循环气体间换热进行数值模拟计算,论证该方法的可行性,验证计算结果的正确性。进而通过分析干熄炉多组计算条件所得结果,展示多相流模型在描述多粒径焦炭温度变化规律方面的能力。 Based on the application software FLUENT in Computational Fluid Dynamics( CFD) and by using Eulerian multiphase flow,we carried out a simulation for heat transfer between coke particles and circulating gas with a 140 t/h CDQ system of a coking plant to demonstrate the feasibility of this method and verify the correctness of the calculation results. Through the analysis of the results from several CDQ calculating conditions,we can also show the capability of multiphase flow model to describe the temperature variation of different grain-sized coke.
