摘要
目的探讨某市初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿及影响因素。方法采取随机整层抽样的方法,选取2015年10月-2016年5月1100例在某市中心血站参与初次无偿献血者为调查对象,采用统一的调查问卷方式收集1100例人群的一般资料及随访资料,研究分析初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿,采用Logistic回归分析模型探讨影响初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿的因素。结果 1098例初次献血者中再次献血意愿者有703例(64.03%);通过分析影响初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿的单因素显示:献血者性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、居住地、献血知识的了解程度影响初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归模型分析结果显示:性别(女)、年龄(18~20岁)、文化程度(初中及以下)、献血知识了解程度(不了解)是影响初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿的主要影响因素(P<0.001)。结论初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿比例不高,献血者性别、年龄、文化程度、献血知识了解程度是影响初次无偿献血者再次献血意愿的主要因素,增强献血知识的宣传力度,可以提高再次献血意愿比例。
Objective To investigate the inclination of initial voluntary blood donors to donate blood a second time and the influencing factors in a city. Methods A total of 1100 cases of initial voluntary blood donors received by the Blood Center of a city between October 2015 to and May 2016 were selected,whose general data and follow-up data were collected via questionnaires to observe and analyze their willingness to donate blood a second time. A logistic regression analysis model was used to investigate factors that influenced their inclinatioins. Results Among the 1098 cases, there were 703 cases （ 6 4 .03% ） who were willing to donate blood a second time. Simple factor analysis showed that gender, age,education levels,occupation,residence, amounts of knowledge of blood donation would influence the donors^ decision to donate blood a second time,and the difference was statistical-ly significant （ P〈0.0 5 ） . The logistic regression analysis model showed that gender （female） ,age （1 8 -2 0 ） , levels of education （junior high school and below） ,and amounts of knowledge of blood donation （lack of knowledge） were main influencing factors （/^〈 O. 001）. Conclusion Initial voluntary blood donors are not quite willing to donate blood a second time. Gender, age, education levels,amounts of knowledge of blood donation are main factors that will influence a donor＇s willingness to donate blood a second time. Better education can improve this situation.
