摘要
目的:探讨虚拟现实(virtual reality VR)康复治疗技术对脑血管偏瘫认知障碍患者平衡功能的疗效.方法:将30例脑卒中偏瘫认知障碍患者按随机数表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例.对照组患者采用常规康复训练方法,观察组在此基础上,增加虚拟现实康复治疗训练.治疗前和治疗4周后分别采用日常生活能力评分(改良Barthel指数)、下肢运动功能采用Fugl Meyer下肢运动功能评定(FMA)及平衡功能Berg平衡量表(BBS)来评定实验后患者的平衡功能,采用Hoden步行能力评定量表评定分级转化为相应的分数进行统计,并测定患者"起立-行走测试"所需时间[1]进行评定行走运动功能.结果:治疗后2组患者的平衡功能和行走能力均有明显改善(P〈0.05),观察组效果优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:虚拟现实康复治疗训练配合常规康复训练可较好的改善脑卒中偏瘫认知障碍患者平衡功能及下肢运动能力.
Objective: To discuss of virtual reality rehabilitation treatment technique for cerebrovascular hemiplegia patients with cognitive impairment of Balance function effect. Methods: Selected 30 cases of stroke patients who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine rehabilitation training methods, the treatment group on the basis of this, adding virtual reality rehabilitation. Before treatment and 4 weeks respectively with Barthel score, the modified Barthel index, BBS and FMA to evaluate the experimental patients after Balance function. Results: after treatment in 2 groups of patients with Balance function were improved significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), the treatment group was better than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) Include FMA BBS and TUGT. Constant Balance function score. MMSE showed statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Virtual reality rehabilitation training combined with routine rehabilitation training could better improve the cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia Balance function.
