摘要
采用微波辅助水热法通过控制不同的反应时间成功制备了几种类型的BiVO_4,并采用紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis/DRS)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和N2吸附-脱附等测试手段对其组成、结构和表面物理化学性质等进行了表征。结果表明,经不同时间微波水热处理后,BiVO_4的晶相结构未发生明显变化,但晶粒的尺寸、粒径分布等方面则有所改变。通过紫外光催化降解亚甲基蓝选出微波水热处理不同时间的最佳催化剂。实验结果显示,微波水热20 min下的BiVO_4表现出了较好的光催化性能。
Nano material BiVO4 was prepared by microwave-assisted method and contrling different reaction time.The phase structures, chemical composition and surface physicochemical properties were well-characterized via UV-Vis/DRS, XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption tests.The results showed that the structure of BiVO4 did not change significantly, at the same time, the crystalline size and particle size distribution were major changed after microwave-assisted heating treatment of BiVO4.To select the optimal model methylene blue, the adsorption experiment and catalytic degradation were choose to be the best catalyst at different microwave time.The results showed that the 20 min of BiVO4 composite expressed better photocatalytic performance in ultraviolet catalytic degradation of methylene blue.
