摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离方法对狼毒大戟正己烷提取物进行分离纯化,得到5个三萜类化合物,依据波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构分别为:羽扇豆醇(1),butyrospermol(2),异巴耳三萜醇(3),δ-amyrin(4),24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(5)。其中,化合物3和4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical constitutes were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel column and HPLC, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Five compounds were isolated and identified as Lupeol（1）, butyrospermol（2）, Isobauerenol（3）,δ-amyrin（4）, 24-methylenecycoartanol（5）, Respectively the compounds 3and 4 are isolated from Euphorbia fischeriana for the first time.
