摘要
为进一步挖掘超快速冷却工艺的潜力,以Q550CFD高强工程机械用钢为研究对象,对超快冷工艺条件下钢板的组织性能进行了研究。结果表明,采用超快速冷却工艺生产的钢板TMCP态、回火态力学性能均满足标准要求,可以替代离线淬火+回火的生产工艺,降低生产成本。
In order to further exploit the potentialities of the ultra-fast cooling process, the microstructure and properties of the high-strength steel for engineering machinery was studied by the ultra-fast cooling process by taking the Q550 CFD high-strength steel as the research object.The study results showed that mechanical properties of the TMCP steel plates and temped steel plates produced by the ultra-fast cooling process could meet requirements specified in standard.The offline quenching and tempering process can be replaced by the ultra-fast cooling process, so the production cost was cut down.
