摘要 为评估成都市猪瘟疫苗接种的免疫效果,采用ELISA方法对从成都市15个管辖区(市)县规模化猪场、散养户和屠宰厂采集的910份猪血清样品进行了猪瘟病毒免疫抗体的检测。结果表明,规模化猪场、散养户和屠宰厂受检样品的猪瘟病毒免疫抗体合格率分别为95.71%、99.29%、89.76%,免疫抗体平均合格率为94.07%,散养户猪瘟病毒免疫抗体合格率稍高于规模化猪场。 In order to evaluate the immune effect of swine fever vaccine in Chengdu City,the swine fever virus immune antibody of 910 sampleswhich collected from large-scale pig farms,scatter-feed households and slaughterhouses were detected by ELISA method.The results showed that thequalified rate of swine fever virus immune antibody of the detected samples collected from large-scale pig farms,scatter-feed households andslaughterhouses were 95.71%,99.29% and 89.76% respectively,the average qualified rate of immune antibody was 94.07%,and the qualified rate ofswine fever immune antibody of the scatter-feed household was slightly higher than the large-scale pig farms.
