摘要
脑卒中是一种因脑循环障碍导致的疾病,也可能因局部的脑功能缺损综合征导致,主要包括蛛网膜下腔出血、脑梗死、脑出血等。延续性护理是出院护理的延伸,能够为恢复期患者提供持续性的卫生保健,使患者得以顺利康复。
Stroke is a disease caused by disorders of the brain circulation.It may also be caused by localized brain defect syndrome.It mainly includes subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage and so on.Continuous care is an extension of discharged care.It can provide continuous health care for the convalescent patients,and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
