摘要
目的采用CHN图谱法(中国人手腕骨发育标准)评价儿童左右手骨龄发育情况,并对比与儿童实际年龄的差异。方法选取2010—2017年于衢州市妇幼保健院行骨龄检测的940例患儿为研究对象。采用CHN图谱法对患儿的手腕部X线片骨龄进行评估,并与患儿的实际年龄进行差异性对比。结果双手腕均摄片的男童左右手骨龄完全相同,各年龄段左手与右手骨龄与实际年龄差值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。双手腕均摄片的女童左右手骨龄完全相同,6.0~7.9岁女童右手骨龄与实际年龄差值大于左手(P<0.05);4.0~5.9、8.0~9.9、10.0~11.9、12.0~13.9岁女童左手与右手骨龄与实际年龄差值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用CHN图谱法评价儿童左右手的骨龄并无差异,在评价儿童左右手骨龄的发育情况时应当注重全面分析,不必拘泥于左手或右手。
Objective To evaluate bone development situation of children's left and right hand with CHN spectrum,and compare the difference with the actual age. Methods 940 cases of children who had bone age detection in Quzhou Maternal and Child Health-care Center from 2010 to 2017 were selectted as the research objects. CHN spectrum method was used to assess the bone age of the wrist X-ray,and the difference was compared with the actual age. Results The bone age of left and right hand were same absolutely in male children who had both hands evaluatted. There was no significant difference between the left and right hand bone age and the actual age difference in each age group in male children( P > 0. 05). The bone age of left and right hand were same absolutely in female children who had both hands evaluatted. The right hand bone age and actual age difference was larger than that of left hand in male children aged 6 to 7. 9 years( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the left and right hand bone age and the actual age difference in female children aged 4. 0 to 5. 9,8. 0 to 9. 9,10. 0 to 11. 9,12. 0 to 13. 9 years( P > 0. 05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between left and right hand bone age by CHN spectrum. In assessing the development of bone age in the left and right hand of the children,it should be emphasized the overall analysis,and without the need to adhere to the left hand or right hand.
