摘要
我国近现代历史建筑保护实践相对较晚,相关技术指南及规范尚待完善。随着国家对历史建筑的保护力度的加大,历史建筑的功能定位和再利用有了更高要求。再利用工程中对建筑影响较大的是暖通专业,文章结合课题研究中编译的《美国国家历史建筑保护技术指南》,对暖通设计与应用进行对比分析,比较研究两国保护理念、保护技术的异同,以期促进完善我国近现代历史建筑保护技术体系。
The protection practice of modern historical buildings in China is relatively late, and the relevant technical guidelines and norms need to be perfected. With the increasing protection of historic buildings by the state, the functional orientation and reuse of historic buildings have higher requirements. HVAC specialty has greater impact on the construction of reuse projects, the article, combining with ＂US National Historic Building Protection Technology Guide＂ compiled in the study, conducts comparative analysis on HVAC design and application, compares similarities and differences of the two countries’ protection concepts and protection technology, with a view to promoting the improvement of China＇s modern history building protection technology system.
