摘要
长输埋地高凝原油管道,一旦因应力集中过载出现开裂泄漏,停输抢修时间有限,存在全线凝管的风险。文中首先针对某长输埋地高凝原油管道出现裂纹的原因进行分析,然后采用数值模拟的方法分析出现裂纹的弯头应力集中情况,并对弯头补强前后的受力状态进行分析,最后对埋地高凝原油管道的设计、施工、运行提出建议。
Long distance buried high solidifying crude pipeline has risk of a full line of coagulation,because stress concentration overload occurs cracking leakage,and the time of stop transportation and emergency repair is limited. Firstly,the causes of cracking in a long distance buried high solidifying crude oil pipeline were analyzed,then the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the stress concentration of the elbow,and the stress state before and after the elbow reinforcement was analyzed,finally,some suggestions on the design,construction and operation of the buried high solidifying crude oil pipeline were put forward.
