摘要
时代不断进步的同时,,我国的基础建设也在迅速发展。论文通过对建筑施工管理创新的必要性、建筑施工的创新管理策略和绿色施工管理3个方面进行详细论述,希望对建筑施工管理创新及绿色施工管理的具体应用提供可参考性意见。
With the continuous progress of the times, China is also developing rapidly in infrastructure construction. In this paper, the necessity of construction management innovation, management innovation strategy of building construction, and green construction management these three aspects are discussed, to provide reference for the specific application of the management innovation of construction and green construction management.
