电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水碘的方法研究探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的通过研究电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定水碘过程中的条件,为水碘的测定提供一种简单快速且结果准确的方法。方法用ICP-MS测定水中碘含量,通过优化仪器测定条件,在线内标元素(Tb)进行基体校正,标准曲线法定量,直接取样对样品测定。结果在适宜的测定条件下,方法检出限为0.2μg/L,线性范围为0μg/L^200μg/L,线性回归方程为y=3 480.9x+1 639.3,相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.2%~4.7%,回收率在95.0%~103.0%,测定结果与硫酸铈催化分光光度法测定结果具有良好的一致性。结论方法样品用量少,操作简单快速,无需复杂前处理,检出限低,灵敏度高,精密度高,准确度好,抗干扰能力强,线性范围宽,适用于大批量水碘的测定。 Objective To establish a simple,fast and accurate method for the determination of iodine in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer( ICP-MS) by discussing the optimized conditions of the method. Methods Tb was used as on line internal standard and the instrument paramenters were adjusted to good state. The samples were directly determined by ICP-MS. Standard curve method was adopted for quantification. Results In the appropriate measurement conditions,the detection limits was 0. 2 μg/L,the linear range was 0 μg/L-200 μg/L,the regression equation was y = 3 480. 9 x + 1 639. 3,the correlation coefficient( r) was 0. 999 8. The relevant standard deviation( RSD) was within 3. 2%-4. 7%,the rate of recovery was within 95. 0%-103. 0%. The detection results were consistent with the detection results with cerium sulfate catalytic spectrophotometry. Conclusion The detection of water iodine by ICP-MS has less dosage of samples,the pretreatment was easy and fast. It is a simple,sensitive and accurate method,and can be used for batch samples.
