摘要
目的了解本科护理专业学生跨文化护理自我效能的现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用跨文化护理自我效能量表调查394名本科护理专业学生的跨文化护理自我效能并分析其影响因素。结果学生的跨文化自我效能总均分为(6.09±0.95)分。学生跨文化护理自我效能影响因素为担任学生干部情况、宗教信仰、对护理专业的兴趣、民族,能解释跨文化自我效能11.5%的变异量。结论本科院校应该通过实施多元化的教育策略来提高本科护理专业学生的跨文化护理能力最终以满足患者日益增长的文化需求。
Objective To know the status and influencing factors of transcultural nursing self-efficacy among un- dergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 394 undergraduate students were surveyed by using Transcuhural Self-efficacy Tool. Results The mean score of total scale was 6.09±0.95. Whether the students were the head in the class,their religious belief,interest in nursing profession and ethnic group were the major influencing factors of their transcuhural self-efficacy. Conclusion Nursing schools should carry out diverse education strategies to help students enhance their transcultural nursing self-efficacy so as to satisfy clients' increasing cuhural needs.
