摘要
对低温储藏的部分腐烂的龙牙百合种球,进行了病原菌鉴定及致病性研究,并用菌丝生长速率法对10种杀菌剂进行了测定。经形态学和分子生物学鉴定,结果表明,导致龙牙百合种球腐烂的病原菌为米根霉(Rhizopus oryzae)。室内毒力结果显示,10种杀菌剂对米根霉菌丝的抑制效果有很大的差异。其中,1%申嗪霉素悬浮剂、30%己唑醇悬浮剂的抑菌效果较好,相应的EC_(50)分别为6.963、12.765 mg/L;抑菌效果最差是250 g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂,EC_(50)为158 489.319 mg/L;30%己唑醇悬浮剂抑菌率最高,为100%。
In order to identify the pathogen of stored Longya lily bulb rot disease, pathogenicity of pure culture isolated from samples of disease tissue was tested according to Koch's law. The pathogens were identified according to morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis,and biological characteristics were determined. The results showed that Longya lily rot disease was caused by Rhizopus oryzae . Toxicity of ten kinds of fungicides against R. oryzae was measured by growth velocity in lab. The results revealed that inhibitory effects of ten fungicides had great difference on the mycelium growth. The inhibitory effect of 1% shenqinmycin SC and 30% hexaconazole SC were higher than others, with EC50 values of 6.963mg·L-1 and 12.765mg·L-1, respectively; the inhibitory effect of 250g·L-1 Azoxystrohin SC was the lowest, with EC50 value of 158489.319 mg·L-1 . The inhibitory ratio of 1% shenqinmycin SC was 100%, as the highest among all of them.
