摘要
采用铝矾土和滑石粉为耐火骨料制备镁合金消失模铸造涂料,研究了悬浮剂、粘结剂的加入量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,采用铝矾土(90%)和滑石粉(10%)为骨料,再加入6%(占骨料的质量分数,下同)的钠基膨润土,0.8%的CMC,1.0%的PVA,6%的硅溶胶时,涂料具有最好的强度、粘度、悬浮性。制备的镁合金消失模铸造涂料性能良好。通过浇注试验获得了质量良好、表面光洁的铸件。
Bauxite and talcum powder was adopted as the refractory aggregate to prepare EPC coating for magnesium alloy.Through measuring coating performance,effects of suspending agent and binder addition on the properties of EPC coating were analyzed.The results reveal that the coating prepared with bauxite(90%),talc aggregate(10%),sodium bentonite 6%,CMC 0.8%,PVA 1.5% and silica sol binder 10%,has the desirable strength,viscosity and suspension properties,presenting excellent properties as magnesium EPC coating.By practical pouring,Mg alloy castings with high quality and smooth surface were produced sucessfully.
