摘要
对燃煤电厂电除尘器的应用现状进行了分析,并首次引入多尺度集成、多场协同、多相耦合的PM_(2.5)团聚机制,分别对燃煤电厂烟气除尘装备的多尺度集成、多场协同及多相耦合进行示例分析,并基于此,提出了两条主流技术路线:"降温装置+荷电装置+大尺度湍流装置+小尺度湍流装置+干式电除尘器+兼具团聚除尘效果的湿法脱硫装置"和"荷电装置+降温装置+小尺度湍流装置+干式电除尘器+兼具除尘效果的湿法脱硫装置"。通过实际工程应用,阐述了该技术的可行性和经济性,不仅可经济高效地实现高灰劣质的烟尘超低排放,还可实现PM_(2.5)减排37%,是非常值得大规模推广应用的PM_(2.5)团聚技术。
The application of ESP in coal-fired power plant was analyzed in this paper, and multi-scale integration, multi-field Synergy, multiphase coupling mechanism of PM2.5 agglomerationwas introduced. The multi-scale integration, multi-field synergy and multiphase coupling of theflue gas dedusting equipment in coal-fired power plant were analyzed. And based on this, twomain technical route were put forward. "cooling device+electrical charge device+large scaleturbulence device+small scale turbulence device+dry type ESP+WFGD combines the effect ofagglomeration with dust", "electrical charge device+ cooling device+ small scale turbulencedevice+ dry type ESP+WFGD combines the effect of agglomeration with dust", through theactual engineering application, the feasibility of the technology and economy was introduced,ultra-low emission of high ash inferior soot can be achieved, PM2.5 emissions reduce by 37%,which is a worthy PM2.5 agglomeration technology for large-scale commercial promotion.
