外泌体在肝脏疾病中的作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 外泌体是细胞分泌的细胞外囊泡之一。囊泡是由磷脂双层包围的球形颗粒,根据大小可分为三种类型小泡:外泌体(40~100 nm)、凋亡小体(1~4μm)和微粒(0.1~1μm)[1]。外泌体主要来源于细胞内溶酶体微粒内陷形成的多囊泡体,经多囊泡体外膜与细胞膜融合后释放到胞外基质中。外泌体中含有多种物质,包括蛋白质、信使RNA(messenger RNA,mRNA)和微RNA(microRNA,miRNA),
