摘要
本研究以桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorum)为试材,采用热水浸提法,对10种不同产地的桔梗多糖提取工艺进行优化,通过最优条件和同一条件下提取的桔梗多糖,比较分析各个产地桔梗多糖的提取率及得率的差异。结果显示:十个产地桔梗多糖的提取率大小依次为:吉林>内蒙>云南>河北>湖北>安徽>甘肃>河南>四川>山东,即70.64%>61.34%>56.60%>41.34%>40.65%>33.85%>30.63%>28.48%>27.74%>27.19%。吉林桔梗在各产地桔梗中含糖量较高且较易提取,在50℃、料水比1:20的条件下,提取率为70.64%,多糖得率为19.89%,可作为优质资源加以利用。
In this study, we used Platycodon grandiflorum as materials and optimized the polysaccharide-extracting technology of Platycodon grandiflorum collected from 10 different producing areas by hot water extraction method. We compared the polysaccharide extraction rates of Platycodon grandiflorum from different areas under optimal conditions and the same conditions. The results showed that the polysaccharides extraction rate of platycodon grandiflorum from the ten areas were as follows: JilinInner MongoliaYunnanHebeiHubeiAnhuiGansuHenanSichuanShandong, and their extraction rates were 70.64% 61.34%56.60%41.34%40.65%33.85% 30.63% 28.48% 27.74% 27.19%. The polysaccharide content of Platycodon grandiflorum from Jilin was higher than others and it was easier to extract. The extraction rate of polysaccharide was 70.64%, the yield of polysaccharide was 19.89% under a ratio of 1:20(material to water) at 50℃, which meant that it might be used as a high-quality resource.
