摘要
结巴诺特克"查理曼竖立了一尊新塑像金头"的神谕指的是加洛林帝国是一个与古代罗马帝国毫无关系的全新帝国,它具有世界性帝国的辉煌,但也不是一个永恒的世俗政权。结巴诺特克将自己对于加洛林帝国神学历史地位的这一认知充分融入到《查理大帝事迹》的撰写中,既充分强调了它的世界性和一度强盛的国势,又对它的暂时性和最终覆灭的宿命抱有深深的忧虑。
The theological metaphor that the Charlemagne erected the gold head of the statue means that the Carolingian empire is a new empire that had not any relation with the ancient Rome empire. It has the glory of the worldwide empire, but it also is an eternal temporal regime. He wrote The Deeds of Charles the Great in accordance with the cognition about the theological historical status of the Carolingian empire. He fully highlighted its worldwide and its national power that once was mighty. He felt deeply worried about its temporary and its fate of the final end.
