钢管混凝土十字形截面柱耐火性能试验研究 被引量:10

Experimental study on fire resistance of cross-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column

摘要 结合钢管混凝土结构和异形柱结构的特点,提出一种由钢管混凝土芯柱和翼柱构成的钢管混凝土十字形截面柱。为研究该钢管混凝土十字形截面柱结构的耐火性能,完成了5个钢管混凝土十字形截面柱足尺试件在ISO 834标准升温曲线下的明火受火试验,研究了轴压比和防火涂层厚度对该钢管混凝土十字形截面柱在高温作用下的破坏形态、轴向变形和耐火极限等性能的影响规律。结果表明,试件轴压比越大,耐火极限越短;防火涂层厚度越厚,耐火极限提高越明显。通过与现行防火规范计算结果的对比发现,该钢管混凝土十字形截面柱具有良好的耐火性能,在防火涂层厚度为10 mm时,试件耐火极限可以达到190 min。在相同耐火极限下,该钢管混凝土十字形截面柱所需防火涂层厚度约为规范建议的纯钢管柱防火涂层厚度的22%。 Based on the characteristics of concrete filled steel tubular structures and special-shaped columns,a new cross-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column(CFST) with core column and flange column was utilized. In order to investigate the fire resistance performance of this kind of column,test of five full-scale cross-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column specimens were conducted under the ISO 834 standard fire curve. The fire resistance performance of five full-scale cross-shaped column specimens was studied under the ISO 834 standard fire curve. The influence of axial compression ratio and fire retardant coating thickness on the failure behavior,axial deformation and fire resistance of the cross-shaped CFST column at high temperature was analyzed. The test results indicate that the greater the axial compression ratio,the shorter the fire resistance; the thicker the coating thickness,the more obvious the increase of fire resistance. The cross-shaped CFST column has shown great fire resistance performance compared with existing design codes,the fire resistance of the cross-shaped CFST column could reach 190 min. When the thickness of fire retardant coating was 10 mm,the need of thickness of fire retardant coating for the cross-shaped CFST column was22% of that of the steel structure column under the design code's requirement.
