摘要
目的探讨静脉治疗追踪图在静脉治疗安全文化及质量控制中的应用效果。方法选取全院43个病区,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组按常规分主题进行质量控制,试验组采用静脉治疗追踪图选择病例、查看患者、询问患者、查看环境等进行质量控制和督导,干预后比较两组静脉治疗安全文化、静脉治疗护理质量、静脉治疗相关并发症。结果干预后静脉治疗安全文化得分、静脉治疗护理质量得分、静脉治疗相关并发症发生率等指标,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论运用静脉治疗追踪图进行质量控制和督导能更好地提升静脉治疗安全文化,有效提升质量控制效果。
Objective To explore the application effects of Tracking Map of Intravenous Therapy in the safety culture and quality control of intravenous therapy. Methods Totally,43 wards were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was subjected to quality control according to the conventional sub - topics. In the experimental group,intravenous therapy was used to select cases,to view the patients,to inquire the patients,to check the environment for quality control and supervision. Then,compare the two groups of intravenous treatment safety culture,intravenous treatment of nursing quality,intravenous treatment - related complications were compared. Results Intravenous treatment of safety culture score,intravenous treatment of nursing quality score,and intravenous treatment related complications in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group（P 〈 0. 01 or P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Using Tracking Map of Intravenous Therapy in quality control can effectively improve the intravenous therapy safety culture and the effect of quality of nursing.
