摘要
传媒革命引发的社会变革,对新闻传播人才培养提出了挑战。应对挑战,强化人才培养目标,转变教育观念,更新课程设置,探索新媒体时代创新型新闻传播人才培养路径是高校新闻传播学科,尤其是广播电视学专业亟待思考的问题。因此,创新人才培养模式,适应传媒发展变化,实现课上与课下、学校与社会相结合的方式成为不少高校为之探索的目标。
The social transformation triggered by media revolution poses a challenge to talents training in journalism and communication.Thus,it should be attached great importance for the subject of journalism and communication,especially television broadcasting science to face the challenge,strengthen the objective of talent training,change education ideas,renew the curriculum,and explore the new training approaches of creative journalism and communication talents in the new media era.Given this development,colleges and universities had better set the goals of an innovative talents training model,adaptation to the media development,and implementation of the combination between school and society in and outside the class.
