摘要
为了满足智能变电站对继电保护装置多样性测试需求,开发了一种基于FPGA的智能变电站新型继电保护装置测试平台。一次系统仿真器采用多输入多输出指令流运算器实现智能变电站一次系统的电磁暂态实时仿真,过程层装置仿真器通过对SV报文信息流和GOOSE报文信息流重构实现过程层通信故障仿真。硬件在环算例结果表明,本平台能够向继电保护装置提供智能变电站一、二次系统复杂故障下的多样性测试。
In order to satisfy the requirement of various tests forthe relay protection device of smart substation,a new smart substation relay protection test platform based on FPGA is developed. The primary system simulator can realize the electromagnetic transient real-time simulation by adopting a multi-input and multi-output instruction stream arithmetic unit and the process layer device simulator can simulate the process layer communication fault by remodeling the SV information flow and the GOOSE information flow. A hardware in loop test case shows that the platform can provide various tests for relay protection device on the situation of the primary and secondary system complex faults of smart substation.
