摘要
在当今农村建设发展过程中,传统民居的转型与建设需要一种或多种与当地气候、资源、环境、社会发展相适应的设计方法。本文选取青海典型民居——庒廓为研究对象,通过实地调研分析建造过程中出现的问题,提出新型庄廓民居设计方法和相关技术策略的优化途径,探索现代建造技术下乡村建设的绿色更新方式,为当地民居营建体系的发展提供借鉴方法。
In the process of rural construction and development, the transformation and reconstruction development of traditional residential buildings requires one or more design methods which are compatible with the local climate, resources, environment and social development. The paper selects a typical residential building Zhuangkuo as the research subject, analyzes the problems in the construction process, puts forward the optimization methods of the new design methods and related technical strategies of Zhuangkuo residential buildings, explores the modern construction technology under the green update mode of rural construction, and provides references to the development of local residential construction system.
