响应面法优化灵芝发酵培养基及发酵活性成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 以灵芝液体发酵菌丝量和胞外多糖含量为评价指标,确定灵芝菌液体发酵最优培养基配方,分析了菌丝体和发酵液中的活性成分。结果表明,灵芝液体发酵最优配方为黄豆粉添加量1.63%,葡萄糖添加量2.33%,可溶性淀粉添加量3%,磷酸二氢钾添加量0.1%,硫酸镁添加量0.05%,VB_1添加量50 mg/L,菌丝体干质量最高达1.94 g/100 mL;发酵液中的胞外多糖质量浓度为431 mg/100 mL;菌丝体胞内多糖质量分数达15.37%,总三萜质量分数达1.36%,蛋白质质量分数为22.93%,多酚质量分数为1.91%。 The optimal culture medium formula of Ganoderma lucidum was studied in this paper based on dry weight of mycelium and extracellular polysaccharide content, and the active ingredients of mycelium and fermentation broth were also analyzed. The results showed that the optimal culture medium formula of Ganoderma lucidum contains 1.63% soybean powder,2.33% glucose, 3% soluble starch, 0.1% KH_2 PO4, 0.05% magnesium sulfate, 50 mg/L VB_1. Under this formula, the mycelium had 15.37% intracellular polysaccharide, 1.36% terpene content, 22.93% protein content, 1.91% multi phenol content;and the fermentation broth contains 431 mg/100 mL extracellular polysaccharide.
