摘要
OBE(Outcomes-based Education)作为一种成果导向的教学模式,对于高校实践教学的设计具有非常重要的借鉴作用。针对当前"乘务英语"课程实践教学存在的困境,探讨将OBE教学理念应用到"乘务英语"课程一体化实践教学环节中,将教学设计、教学实施、教学实践、顶岗实习等部分有机地结合起来,优化空中乘务专业人才培养方案课程体系设置,培养高质量的民航服务人才。
OBE educational model,as an outcome-oriented teaching model,is of the important reference value for college practical teaching.This paper mainly discusses the dilemma of the teaching practice of the Cabin Service English course and suggests applying the OBE education model to its integrated practical teaching,which could organically combine teaching design,implementation,practice and internship so as to optimize the curriculum system setup of the Flight Attendant Specialty and cultivate high-quality aviation service talents.
