摘要
目的:探讨0.75%罗哌卡因与2%利多卡因等量混合液球结膜下注射治疗复方利多卡因乳膏致角膜损伤的临床效果及安全性。方法:对64例(128眼)复方利多卡因乳膏致角膜损伤的患者,用0.75%罗哌卡因与2%利多卡因等量混合液首先表面麻醉,再行球结膜下注射罗哌卡因利多卡因混合液治疗,并观察其疗效。结果:42例(84眼),68.78%的患者24h内症状消失;22例(44眼),31.22%的患者72h内症状消失,视力无影响,眼球结膜混合充血消失,角膜上皮完整修复愈合,角膜荧光素染色阴性。未出现并发症,均治愈。结论:罗哌卡因和利多卡因混合液配合使用红霉素药膏与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶,为治疗复方利多卡因乳膏致角膜损伤的有效方法,效果良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ropivacaine and lidocaine mixture hydrochloride subconjunctival injection for the compound lidocaine cream to injury of cornea. Methods A total of 128 eyes of 64 cases of compound lidocaine cream to injury of cornea were treated with subconjunctival injection of ropivacaine and lidocaine mixture hydrochloride. Results The symptom of infammation disappeared within 48h in 84 eyes of 24 cases which accornted for 68.78% and disappeared within 72h in 44 eyes of 22 cases which accornted for 31.22%. The eyesight no infuence,and eye conjunctiva mixed congestion disappeared, corneal epithelium repair complete healing, corneal fuorescein staining negative.There was no cimplication in any cases. Conclusion Using ropivacaine and lidocaine cooperatively with erythromycin eye ointment and the rb-bFGF ophthalmic Gel is effective for the compound lidocaine cream to to injury of cornea.
