摘要
文章给出了居民消费质量指数的定义,对居民消费质量指数设计中消费品的归类方法、代表性产品的选择原则、关键质量指标的选择原则进行阐述。并针对关键质量指标、代表性产品、产品小类、产品亚类、产品大类和居民消费品,给出了质量指数的统计模型。基于一个示例,阐述了居民消费质量指数的计算过程和方法的实用性。
This paper gives the definition of consumer quality index (CQI) and expounds the classification method of consum- er goods, selection principle of representative products, selection principle of key quality indexes in the process of CQI design. The paper also presents a CQI statistical model for key quality index, representative product, product categories, product sub-classes and consumer goods. Finally with an example, the paper illustrates the process of CQI calculation and application of the proposed method.
