摘要
利用激光熔覆技术在45钢板表面熔覆铁基合金。采用正交试验研究了各工艺参数对单道熔覆层成形表面形貌影响的主次。采用单因素变量试验,研究了扫描速度、激光功率、离焦量和送粉速率对铁基合金单道成形质量的影响,并优选出了一组最佳组合参数:激光功率460 W,离焦量59 mm,送粉速率0.15 r/min,扫描速度2 mm/s。
Iron-based alloy was coated on the surface of 45 steel plate by laser cladding technology. The primary and secondary effects of process parameters on the morphology of the single pass cladding forming surface were studied by orthogonal test. The effects of process parameters such as scanning speed, laser power, defocus distance and the rate of powder feeding on the single pass forming quality of iron-based alloy, were studied by single factor variable quantity experiment. A set of optimal combination parameters were selected: laser power 460 W, defocus distance 59 ram, powder feeding rate 0.15 r/min, and scanning speed 2 mm/s.
