摘要
金属薄壁套类零件在机械制造技术中,应用比较广泛。薄壁套类零件主要加工表面为内孔、外圆表面。由于此类零件壁薄在加工中容易变形,因此要采取适当措施防止由于变形而出现误差。从影响零件加工变形的因素进行分析,以某薄壁套类零件为例,研究并制定其加工工艺,并应用于实际生产,效果很好。
