摘要
以大佛寺煤矿大巷一部带式输送机为研究对象,运用Belt Analyst动态分析技术,对该长距离大运量带式输送机存在的问题进行了细致分析研究,通过分析发现该输送机输送带强度和输送机功率不足。然后运用动态分析技术对其进行了加中间驱动装置的改造,经过改造应用后,表明本次改造非常成功,对Belt Analyst动态分析技术的应用和同类型问题的解决具有一定的借鉴意义。
Roadway in dafosi coal mine belt conveyor as research object,using Belt Analyst dynamic analysis method, the problem of long distance belt conveyer is analyzed in detail, through the analysis of the belt conveyor and the intensity of power shortage. Then using the dynamic analysis technique of intermediate driving device of the modified application,show that the transformation is successful,has a certain reference to the Belt Analyst dynamic analysis to solve the technical application and the same type of problem.
