摘要
针对水下及潮湿环境下修补用环氧结构胶,探讨了不同固化温度对环氧结构胶性能的影响,测试了不同固化温度下环氧结构胶的溶水率、吸水率、尺寸变化率、断裂伸长率和力学性能。结果表明:固化温度的升高能够提高环氧结构胶的抗压、抗弯强度以及尺寸变化率(由收缩变为膨胀),吸水率呈先提高后降低,23℃时吸水率最大,达到1.95%;固化温度的升高降低了环氧结构胶的溶水率、抗拉强度和水下拉拔强度;在空气中环氧结构胶和混凝土粘结良好,拉拔强度等于基体混凝土抗拉强度。
In view of the epoxy structural adhesive for underwater and wet environment,this paper researched the effect of different curing temperatures on the properties of epoxy structural adhesive. The water solubility,water absorption,dimensional change rate elongation at break and mechanical properties were tested. The results showed the increase of curing temperature can improve the compressive strength,bending strength and dimensional change rate (from contraction to expansion). The water absorption increased with the increase of curing temperature and then decreased,water absorption reached the maximum under 23℃,up to 1.95%. The water solubility,tensile strength and underwater drawing strength decreased with increasing curing temperature. The epoxy structural adhesive and concrete bonding is good in the air,drawing strength equals to tensile strength of base concrete.
