摘要
通过断口、负荷、有限元、理化检验等方面,分析了2150热轧粗轧机主传动接轴断轴事故发生的原因,得出结论:接轴在焊接修复中产生了焊接裂纹,最终在使用过程中裂纹扩大、加深,导致接轴断裂。本文同时提出了相应的改善建议,为类似产线吸取事故教训、提高接轴维护水平提供了借鉴。
According to the fracture, load, finite element and physical&chemical testing of 2150 hot ,'oiling mill, the accident are analyzed and the conclusion is Ihat the wehling crack is produced in the welding repair. In the course of the use of cracks to expand, deepen, leading to broken joints. At the same time, the corresponding improve- ment suggestions are put forward, which draws lessons from the similar production line and improves the maintenance level of the shaft in this paper.
