摘要
转底炉冷却机经常出现筒体轴向窜动现象,根据日常维护及故障处理经验,分析了轴向窜动的原因,并且通过对运转过程中摩擦点的速度和运动轨迹分析,讨论了筒体轴向窜动的调整方法及注意事项。
Cylinder axial channeling occurs in the rotary hearth furnace cooling machine oftenly. According to the experience of the daily maintenance and troubleshooting, we analyzed the causes of the axial channeling. And through analyzing the speed and trajectory of spot in the process of running,we discuss the adjusting methods and the matters needing attention.
