摘要
随着科学技术的发展,以及对原子吸收光谱分析技术的深入研究,原子吸收光谱法在各个领域都得到了很好的应用。该法具有测定灵敏度高、检出限低、选择性好、无基体干扰等特点。本文主要概述了原子荧光光谱法的发展历史,基本原理,及其联用技术和应用领域,并对原子荧光光谱法的发展进行了展望。对未来原子荧光光谱分析技术在一些领域还需要不断进行探索。原子吸收光谱仪也是分析化学、仪器分析教学中主要分析仪器,在本科和研究生课程教学中占用重要地位。
With the development of science and technology and in depth study of atomic absorption spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectrometry has been well applied in various fields. The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low detection limit, good selectivity and no matrix interference. The development of history, basic principle, and its combination technology and application field of atomic fluorescence spectrometry are summarized. The development of atomic fluorescence spectrometry is also discussed. And future atomic fluorescence spectrometry technology in some areas also need to continue to be explored. Atomic absorption spectrometer is also the main analytical instrument in analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis, and it occupies an important position in undergraduate and graduate course teaching
